Arnold Classic 2013 Preview and Predictions with Shawn Ray and Lonnie Teper
Well, it looks like Shawn & Lonnie have Dexter winning the show. I don't think Dexter will win. I got Cedric for the win, Dexter in second & Freeman in third. Ben Pakulski will be fourth & win the Most Muscular Award. It's a well-balanced lineup but I wish there were a few more big names in this show but they're gonna be there for the Olympia.

2012 IFBB Flex Pro Preview & Predictions with Palumbo and Teper!
I forgot Brandon Curry was doing this show. I said before in my other post that Shawn Rhoden was my favorite but Curry is my favorite now. Beyeke can surprise many folks. They both give their top 5 so I guess I'll give you my top 5. From 1-5: Curry, Beyeke, Rhoden, Correa & Fouad. Pak Man just misses out in the top 5 but most of these guys are getting ready for the Arnold so let see if they can tighten up after that.
Who to Watch! 2012 Flex Pro Video Preview With Sugar Shawn Ray.
This will be the 1st show that I've seen where no one has won an open class show before. I got Shawn Rhoden to win this but Fouad, Correa or Pak man can push him out of the way to get that winner's spot. And we have fitness in this show as well. Adela to me will win this show but Tanji will give her a run for her money.

2011 Mr Olympia Video Preview with Shawn and Kevin Levrone
It's Jay show to win but if he's off, Phil can come get this win. If Jay & Phil are off, Kai can steal this show. But it matters on gameday. Everybody looks good in pics or at the gym but on stage, lets see what happens. If Dexter is in shape, he can spoil a few heads. Victor has the physique to beat all these guys. Wolf needs to fill out his body & then he'd destroy this guys. Rockel always looks good but he's go in my top 6 or 7. I'd like to see what new blood can spoil this lineup. Maybe we can a new champ or Cutler keeps it. Find out next Friday & Saturday night.

I think Johnnie Jackson, Will Harris & Toney Freeman, Ben White & Troy Alves is my top 5 no particular order. It's the top 3 who goes in. This is not a loaded lineup but we'll have 3 new people making their way to the Olympia.

The USA Championships battle is about to begin! Sugar Shawn Ray's rundown on who to watch!
The Light Heavies is the stacked class at this USA's. I think Tamer will win this pro card but Pete Ciccone, Eli Biahut, Hollywood Glenn will give him a run for his money. In the Heavies, Jon Delarosa is the favorite but An Nguyen could take the class as well. In the Super Heavies, Keith Williams wants to stop being number 2 & win his pro card, but Steve Kuclo, Dusty Hanshaw, Juan Morel & many others. Luis Santa jump into the middleweights & can we his pro card. He already has won the USA twice as a welterweight. Plus, the Europa CT show will be going on at the same time. Tune in for both the USA's & Europa coverage.

Sugar Shawn Ray and Bill Wilmore preview the 2011 Pro Bodybuilding Weekly Championships - Tampa
Hidetada is the favorite to win but Marcus Haley & the addition of Jason Huh can ruin Hidetada's chance to win. Lee Banks can snag a top 3 spot if some athletes don't come correct. They'll also have women's bodybuilding & Last year champ, Britiga Brezovac will defend her title from Cathy LeFrancois.
Al is excited about making his pro debut & he peels off to show Shawn how he looks. Nathanial is ready for this show. He's 205 in this video. The 212 class might make him even better. He also shows Shawn a sneak peak on how he looks.

Sugar Shawn Ray's Toronto Pro Supershow Preview: Who to look for in Toronto June 17-18
Craig Richardson & Lionel Beyeke are the favorites to win. After that, it's a crap shoot on who will win or qualify for the Olympia. In the 202, Jason Joseph & Vinny Galanti are the favorites to win the 202. Cathy LeFrancois, Nicole Ball & Brigita Brezovac are the favorites to win the Womens Bodybuilding. In fitness, figure & bikini, anything can happen. Who knows who might win.

My Top 5 is Kai 1st, Cedric 2nd, Rockel 3rd, Huh 4th, Brandon Curry or Ben White in 5th. My top 3 for the 202 is Flex Lewis 1st, Jose Raymond 2nd & Marvin Ward 3rd. We'll see on saturday.

My predictions for the NY Pro is Kai Greene 1st, Cedric McMillan 2nd, Ronny Rockel 3rd, Jason Huh 4th, Roelly Winklaar 5th & Ben White 6th. That's my prediction but anything can & I can't wait to see this!

Sugar Shawn Ray Previews the 2011 IFBB Europa Show of Champions!
Cedric McMilan decides to jump into this show but being four weeks out from the NY Pro will it cost him a victory? Evgeny Mishin is another beast who could win this show. Marcus Haley got second last year at this show & now, he wants victory. Lee Banks making his pro debut could shock people with his physique against the competition. Mike Liberatore has great lines & overlooked at his last show, could he make the judges see him now? Cedric is the favorite at this show. Mishin second & I have a three way tie for third: Banks, Haley & Liberatore.
