Finals Video: Stan Efferding

Finals Video: Stan Efferding

Best Stan I've seen since he became a pro. His conditioning is great. Upper body looks great but legs just can't match the upper body. This is Stan's last bodybuilding show.

Finals Video: Fouad Abiad

Finals Video: Fouad Abiad

Fouad could've won this show as well. A lot of people had Foaud winning this show. He was fuller & harder in this show. Condition was spot on & crisp. He got 3rd & the crowd let the judges know that was the wrong slot for him.

Finals Video: Lionel Beyeke

Finals Video: Lionel Beyeke

Lionel has great muscle bellies & shape but to me he lack the crisp conditioning that would've smoked the competition. Congrats to him on his 1st IFBB pro win & good luck at the Arnold.

Finals Video: Ben Pakulski

Finals Video: Ben Pakulski

Ben was my winner of the Flex Pro. He made some great improvements. His stomach extends at times. Insane legs, calves & delts. The widest one on stage. I hope he rebounds & wins a show this year.

Good pose down!!!

Mixed reviews in this show. Sean & Shawn had Foaud winning it & Flex had Beyeke to win it. I thought you couldn't go wrong with Big Ben or Fouad winning this. Shawn Rhoden didn't bring it & I'm disappointed. Beyeke won it but I thought he should've been in 3rd or 4th. He's soft from the back & he doesn't know how to display the muscles right. Correa had the best conditioning on stage but maybe overall conditioned? He should do the 212 class.

2012 Flex Pro Prejudgment: Stan Efferding

2012 Flex Pro Prejudgment: Stan Efferding

Stan looks good in the upper body but his lower body won't match his upper body. You'd think with the world strongest bodybuilder, his legs would be able to match but they don't.

2012 Flex Pro Prejudgment: Shawn Rhoden

2012 Flex Pro Prejudgment: Shawn Rhoden

Shawn looks good but he lacks some size. He's Flex Wheeler lite. He just needs to pack on some overall mass & he kill most lineups.

This is a great tip to do before your show. 3 days out from your show get a deep tissue or ART to help you to display your muscles better & maybe to get drier as well.

My Top 5 is Fouad, Ben, Shawn, Beyeke & Correa so far. Foaud & Ben have made this great changes. I'm surprised at Beyeke. He has great potential to kill this lineup but his conditioning did not do him justice. Shawn Rhoden looks good but he needs some size. He's Flex Wheeler Lite. Correa is the hardest guy in this show but he wants to compete with the big boys, he's gonna need to pack on some size.

 That's the end of prejudging!!!!!!
