Update 3/28/16
Hey everybody, how are you doing? Spring is here and some of us are doing some spring cleaning, getting ready for vacations, competitions or whatever you doing. I figured I'd give you an update on some things, I'm revamping the site so we can get all aspects of me in here. I love bodybuilding and training but I have some other things love as well. I'll be showcasing food and recipes, sports especially football, WWE, health, my battle with cancer and whatever comes to mind. This is coming up very soon.

Highlighted by the rematch of Kai Greene and Cedric McMillan, the event will be aired in 2 parts, beginning on Friday at 7 pm (Melbourne Time) with the Finals of the Pro Bikini and Figure events along with the Men’s Bodybuilding Pre-Judging.
On Saturday at 7 pm (Melbourne Time), the live coverage continues with the Finals of the Pro Fitness and Men’s Bodybuilding along with the Pro Strongman Finals.

Arnold Classic Asia To Debut in Hong Kong in 2016
The Arnold Sports Festival will complete its global
expansion when the first-annual Arnold Classic Asia is held in Hong Kong
in August 2016, creating the largest series of multi-sport festivals in
the world, the Arnold Sports Festival announced today.
Arnold Classic Asia will be held Aug. 19-21, 2016 and includes the Arnold Classic Asia men’s professional bodybuilding contest, an amateur bodybuilding contest, a large health & fitness EXPO and select amateur sports competitions and demonstrations.

Kai Greene Not Competing At The Olympia
Kai's Video
This is huge uproar in the IFBB. This even made the trending topics on Facebook. To me, this is Kai's fault. He had ample amount of time to sign the Olympia contract. Now, him leaving Musclemeds and losing his AMI/Weider contract is a huge in the bodybuilding but still has nothing to do with him not competing at the Olympia. As of 9/14, he still was able to sign the Olympia contract and compete at the Olympia. Plus, he doesn't have a booth at the Olympia for Dynamik Muscle due to some contract issues. So now, he's banned from the Olympia and the Expo. How crazy is that. Watch and Listen to what Dave Palumbo says in his response to Kai's Video.

Breaking News | NPC/IFBB ANNOUNCES NEW MEN’S DIVISION – CLASSIC PHYSIQUE
I think this is a great move by the NPC/IFBB. Some of the MPD will crossover and do some damage to this. There's plenty of guys who want to show their legs, pose and not wear board shorts anymore. One of my friends wants to do this division already. I can see Sadik killing this division. I bet on the NPC side, there'll be many crossovers doing both MPD and Classic Physique. The numbers are going to be high and long night for the athletes at shows. In all, this is great for both the NPC/IFBB.

Breaking News | RIP Baito Abbaspour
Sad news today in the Bodybuilding industry, Baito Abbaspour has passed away. He was battling vasculitis, which is a condition that involves inflammation in the blood vessels. The
condition occurs if your immune system attacks your blood vessels by
mistake. He was battling this for months and it took him from the world today. He was a great bodybuilder and gave the open and the 212 a problem. Very freaky legs and brought a great package to the stage. R.I.P. Baito.

Sad news!!! Today IFBB Pro Firas Saied had an accident on his bike and he passed away. Please pray for his soul RIP Firas. He was just on stage two weeks ago at the California Pro. He placed second at that show.

Over the course of my career as a professional bodybuilder, I’ve
worked with relatively few companies. Fortunately, I have been able to
learn a great deal and benefit tremendously from each of those
relationships. I’m thankful to be able to say the same about my
relationship with Prime Nutrition. My time spent working with Prime has
taught me a great deal and has also reinforced that which I already knew
regarding the supplement industry and my place in it. I’d like to take
this opportunity to thank Prime Nutrition for their support and for
including me as part of their company; I sincerely appreciate it. Prime
