 Well, it looks like Shawn & Lonnie have Dexter winning the show. I don't think Dexter will win. I got Cedric for the win, Dexter in second & Freeman in third. Ben Pakulski will be fourth & win the Most Muscular Award. It's a well-balanced lineup but I wish there were a few more big names in this show but they're gonna be there for the Olympia.

  I forgot Brandon Curry was doing this show. I said before in my other post that Shawn Rhoden was my favorite but Curry is my favorite now. Beyeke can surprise many folks. They both give their top 5 so I guess I'll give you my top 5. From 1-5: Curry, Beyeke, Rhoden, Correa & Fouad. Pak Man just misses out in the top 5 but most of these guys are getting ready for the Arnold so let see if they can tighten up after that.

Nunn, Alves, Hide are the front runners but don't be surprised Del Rio, Alvisi, Liberatore, Long or Haley can shock the lineup.

2011 NPC USA Predictions & Assessments with Cormier & Palumbo!

Chris thinks at many competitors are lacking detail. Don't mind the video, you can hear Shawn Ray's interviews in the background or cutting in. Steve Kulco has the package but Chris says he needs more detail to win. Juan Morel's structure can carry him to a win. Keith Williams supposedly he lost 4 inches in his waist. Chris thought Keith should've won last year but he lost to Jason Huh. Joe DeRousie is Dave's dark horse. Audrius Jegelevicius has a freaky physique but lacks presentation. Jon Delarosa is the favorite to win the Heavies. Chris is working with Lenny Nunez may take Tamer a run for his money at the Light Heavies.

I think Johnnie Jackson, Will Harris & Toney Freeman, Ben White & Troy Alves is my top 5 no particular order.  It's the top 3 who goes in. This is not a loaded lineup but we'll have 3 new people making their way to the Olympia.

My Top 5 is Kai 1st, Cedric 2nd, Rockel 3rd, Huh 4th, Brandon Curry or Ben White in 5th. My top 3 for the 202 is Flex Lewis 1st, Jose Raymond 2nd & Marvin Ward 3rd. We'll see on saturday.

My predictions for the NY Pro is Kai Greene 1st, Cedric McMillan 2nd, Ronny Rockel 3rd, Jason Huh 4th, Roelly Winklaar 5th & Ben White 6th. That's my prediction but anything can & I can't wait to see this!
