NPC Stage-Ready Workshop 3/21/15

This was the first NPC Stage-Ready Workshop in New Jersey. This took place at Powerhouse Gym in Linden, NJ. Tons of Q&A to athletes and judges from the NPC/IFBB. I learned a lot from being here. Even though, I'm not competing, the "bug" was itching me a little bit. The men and women split up to be judged on their posing and any questions they had to the panel. I saw a lot of new faces and caught up with some old faces. Lots of supplement companies were there given away samples. Plus, there was a raffle and proceed went to St. Jude's Hospital.
