This is my second time going to the Warhouse Camp at the Flag Nor Fail Warehouse. This time the special guest was Jose Raymond. He was the very first guest that Rob & Dana brought to this camp. They (meaning Rob, Dana and Jose) taught us a lot of things that makes sense. You're gonna get lessons from marketing yourself to nutrition to of course, training. You enter the door with a couple of swag bags from many vendors. Plus, they have door prizes that are raffled off from a Six Pack Bag to supplements. I didn't win one this time but I know I'll win one soon. Plus, they fed us some delicious food with a Thanksgiving theme to it. So there was Turkey, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, stuffing, greens and even pumpkin pie. After lunch, Dana and Jose gave a demo of a workout that Dana does and Jose followed in her steps. There's a video of that coming soon. After that, it was open training. So everybody got to train whatever they wanted to do, I wanted test out all the different and modified machines that they made in the warehouse like the Standing Chest Press, Viking Press, Shrugs and Row Machine and much more. Then, everybody can get their pictures and ask questions to Dana, Rob and Jose. I recommend this for everybody. For those who's never been, you need to go. It's an awesome experience. Just make sure and you can get tickets because they sell out fast!
