2011 Atlantic States Open Mens Posedown

2011 Atlantic States Open Mens Posedown

I think Max Charles (the super heavyweight) should have won this show but his conditioning could've been better. It's odd to see a middleweight win the overall unless they're just dominating.

This is an upper body pump & talks about his bodybuilding career. He didn't wanna do it but people were telling him & he started bodybuilding. He's pissed that he lost the Junior USA show. He improved in his back & ate more food for this prep.
