Guy starts with incline DB press. He doesn't care who he's competing against. All he wants to do is look better than his last show and of course win. Next is plate loaded flat press. You gotta have a crazy work ethic and Guy make sure he'll outwork his competition. Next is decline bb press. Next is incline db flies superset with cable crossovers.
