Antoine Vaillant Wicked Wheels Training


Antoine starts with lying leg curls with partials. Next is seated leg curls with a double contraction. He likes to hamstrings first to help out his squats and most people's hamstrings are weak, so it's good to train them first. Next is leg extensions. Next is leg press wide stance. Next is box squats, high reps. Next is seated calf raises. Next is donkey calf raises.
