Aussie Pro Wrap up

The Aussie Pro is the mini Arnold. Dexter wins his 4th Aussie Pro win. So far he's won the most Aussie Pros. So far he's won the last 3 shows. In 2nd Place, Toney Freeman had a better balance than Ben Pakulski, who placed 3rd. They switched places from the Arnold. Ben has some wow factor but his lats need to come up & he'd better a monster in any lineup. In 4th Place, Ed Nunn is the most overlooked bodybuilder. He looked great but I wanna see him so crazy looking that the judges have to reward him. I heard that he flew 20 hours on Friday because he almost got stuck in a snowstorm in Indiana. In 5th Place, Ivan Sadek, this is my 1st time hearing this guy compete but he looked very tight & vascular. Glutes was tight & made Ben's look like they weren't in shape. Most conditioned guy in this show.

In Figure, Candice Keene won again. Erin Stern placed 2nd & it was a top 1-2 battle. Candice won from the back while Erin won the front.

In Bikini, India Paulino won again. While Nicole Nagrani placed 2nd & Nathalia Melo placed 3rd.

Aussie Pro has been getting some top athletes.

Lionel Beyeke to compete in Australian Pro

Lionel Beyeke to compete in Australian Pro

Lionel Beyeke has just signed for the 2012 Australian Pro. He is one the most talked about up and comers on the scene. This year is expected to be the breakout year for this rising star. He is a favorite for the Flex Pro in LA, and expected to do some serious damage at the Arnold Classic before heading to Melbourne. This comes days after Branch Warren accepted his invite to the 12th Australian Pro.

I hope he made the improvements to give the IFBB hell!!! He looked great when I saw him at the 2011 NY Pro. I wanna see what he does at the Flex Pro & against the big boys at the Arnold.

"Failure is NOT an Option!" Branch Warren Speaks Out on Arnold Prep and Australian Pro!

When the 2012 Arnold Invite list came out, no one was surprised to see Branch Warren’s name on the list, but many were wondering if he was really planning on actually doing the show after suffering a leg injury last summer.
Branch further surprised the doubters today when it was announced that not only will he compete at the Arnold, he will also compete the following week at the Australian Pro.
Branch says, “My leg is completely healed and my prep is going very well. In fact, I'm ahead of schedule. I'm not just going to be good, I'm going to be better than last time. Failure is not an option. I’m looking I'm looking forward to the show.”
The Australian Pro show is one week out from the Arnold.
“You know, I’ve got a lot of friends in Australia. When Tony Doherty very graciously extended the invitation, I was glad to accept,” Warren said.
Of course, Warren is not one to give less than his all. He won’t be there to just do the show and leave. “I’ll be staying the week in Australia. I’ll have a seminar on Sunday as well as some other appearances while I’m there. When we get it all nailed down, I’ll announce it on MD.”
The "Texas Rattlesnake" has no intentions of letting someone take the Arnold title from him. He’s been hard at work for weeks now and anxious to show his fans and doubters that he is not a one hit wonder adding, “I’d just like to say thanks for all the E-mails and messages of support while I was down. I will not disappoint you.”
I hope Branch dominates both show. If he looks good, the judges will reward him. He's gonna have some stiff competition at both shows.
