The Chest Workout
- Exercise 1) Peck Deck
- 4 sets x 15 reps
Exercise 2) Low Incline Dumbell Presses
4 sets x 10 - 12 reps
Exercise 3) Barbell Bench Presses
4 sets x 8 - 12 reps
Exercise 4) Hammer Strength Flat Presses
3 sets to failure (static/constant weight)
Exercise 5) Superset Bodyweight Dips w/Pushup Dip
*Subsequent sets are pyramided in weight
