Arnold Classic - Evan Centopani & Jose Raymond - Chest Workout

 

Evan & Jose talk about their workouts, wondering if they were gonna do the Arnold or not, trying to find out how to bring up their chest since they have big arms & shoulders. 

The Chest Workout

Exercise 1) Peck Deck
4 sets x 15 reps
 Exercise 2) Low Incline Dumbell Presses 
4 sets x 10 - 12 reps

Exercise 3) Barbell Bench Presses 
4 sets x 8 - 12 reps

Exercise 4) Hammer Strength  Flat Presses 
3 sets to failure (static/constant weight)

Exercise 5) Superset Bodyweight Dips w/Pushup Dip
  • 4 sets x 10 - 15 reps
  • Pushups to failure
  • *Subsequent sets are pyramided in weight
