 Part 1: What a great interview of Jim Lorimer. He talks about the expansion of the Arnold Classic. Adding Pole Dancing to the Arnold Classic is gonna bring a new market & more people to see a great & athletic event. They're already working on the 2014 Arnold Classic weekend.

Part 2: Arnold talks about the events & how many athletes come to the Arnold Classic. He talks about how fun it'll be being in Brazil for the Arnold Rio & he can't wait to expand to Africa, Australia & Asia. He talks about how some of these bodybuilders were looking 5-6 months pregnant. They have to get back to classic bodybuilding & the vacuum pose,

Part 3: Arnold talks about his battles with Sergio Olivia. He talks about how he trained with Sergio in Chicago prior to the 1969 Olympia. How much of a beast that Sergio was during his workouts. He talks about how Sergio was a great person & they build a great relationship. He talks how he finally beat Sergio.

Part 4: Arnold talking about his favorite actors. I likes Stallone & Kirk Douglas. He talks about working with them. He learned a lot from people he worked with & haven't work with to prepare him for his actor career. He talks about doing his all stunts except for getting serious hurt or killed. He talks about some stunts that almost went wrong. He talks about movies that he did that were great & vice versa.

Part 5: Arnold talks about doing the Terminator & he wasn't regularly suppose to be the Terminator. It was actually OJ Simpson but Arnold convinces James Cameron to be the Terminator. He wanted to change the famous line: "I'll Be Back!" Now, the catch phrase is top 3 in all of acting. He talks about his next ventures.

Anthony felt comfortable winning his class & in the posedown as well. He's going to do the USA's next. Smart move for him. He thanked his support group.

Shawn & Bob like Anthony Pasquale to make a splash at the USA's but he's gonna have to fill out more since he's gonna have a better group of competition awaiting him. The craziest thing is only 1 bantamweight in the class but at the USA's, there's gonna be 25 of them in a class. Some should do the Junior shows to make a name & get trophy, then jump into a national level show.

Women's Events Final Wrap up from the 2012 NPC Junior Nationals

LaDawn McDay won Women's BB overall title & she'll be competing at the Masters National to get her pro card.Women's Physique winner Lauren Lessnau competed in 3rd show & wins this show & receives a pro card. Bikini Winner Lacey Deluca kicked butt. The Fitness winner Darrian Tissenbaum had a great performance & a great physique. Figure Winner Mallory Haldeman had great symmetry & looked full. Vanessa also interviews Shannon Dey & she's got 4 new pros in Team Bombshell.
