This was very good documentary on nutrition. There was things I knew about and things that I was surprise to hear about. This featured many experts in the health, wellness and nutrition fields plus, people who beat their setbacks for a comeback. Here are some notes I wrote down besides my review.
- Diet are meant to fail!
- Sugar is the cocaine in food.
- We're not eating food, we're eating food like products.
- MSG and free glutamanes can be hidden behind over 50 different names.
- Manufactures fun their studies and then send it to the Regulatory Agency since they're afraid to use an independent study for what they're really doing.
- We consume 150 lbs of sugar per year, 79 lbs of HFCS (High Frutose Corn Syrup) per year amd 22 teaspoons of sugar daily.
- Switch the mindset from I want that but I CAN'T have it to I CAN have it but I don't want it.
