Al looks so different & a lot thicker. This was a small lineup that Al destroy. Now, he's gonna get ready for the Europa in Orlando. Don Long & Al are just gonna work on a few things to big Al's physique even better.
We had the 1st Women Physique show & with 11 girls involved, they looked great. Dana Linn Bailey aka DLB looked good but placed 4th. She presented a physique well but a little too hard up top & her lower half was spot on. Remember, WPD is brand new so they are gonna be some playing on what physique the judges will like. Mark Dugdale who placed 2nd behind Al Auguste was pissed at his placings. Milton Holloway in 3rd place, looked great & Rusty Jeffers placed 4th, looked great especially with his posing. He's over 50 & to be competitive is awesome on its own.
Karina is out 1st Women's Physique champ. She was trained by Darrem Charles. She got her pro card in bodybuilding. She placed well at the Arnold Classic but she didn't wanna get bigger so she stepped off stage for a bit. She had 3 kids & she'll be doing more shows this year.
Stacy won her pro debut. She dieted for 10 weeks for this show. She doesn't know what show she'll be doing next.
Darrem was there to help out the winner of the WPD Karina & Bob Chic thought Darrem should stepped on stage. He thought about it & he said no. He wanted to look great not good.
