Dexter Jackson Shoulder Workout 2 Weeks Out from ASC
Dexter starts with single side raises. They pyramid up on your set, 3-5 sets & heavy. Next is hammer strength shoulder press, 4-5 heavy sets. Next is front raises with 45 lb plate, 4-5 sets heavy.
