Frank talks about his injuries & his accident. He gets into detail description about the accident. He thought his career was over at one time but he was determined to prove the doctors wrong. You can hear the struggle he had to go through. He talks about his Toronto & Tampa show he did. He felt so good but nervous stepping back on stage. He already won in his heart being in the 1st callout & posedown. He achieved his dream to qualify for the Olympia. His hard work paid off!!!
