I like the fact that Dave calls Akim's shoes, finger shoes aka Vibram Five Fingers. They work great!!! They started at 500, 545, 650. At 650, many people are starting to drop out. Now, they are 700 lbs. One guy is out. Now, only two guys left doing 725. Mark Lerch couldn't do it. Lou Costa beats Mark Lerch of the One Rep Max.
