Hany got Lionel doing FST-7 for his weaker bodyparts. Lionel has gained about 30 lbs of muscle within the past year. He likes Hany & great things are gonna happening for them in the near future. They talk about his diet for this show. They had to get rid of water on him. Lionel wants to get some rest & then think about what show he may do next.
