Roelly & Dennis use rice to carb up before shows. Dennis likes to have a training partner that's stronger than him or more knowledgeable. There's a pressure that they feel when they get on stage. Dennis likes to train heavy often. Both of them have 7 meals a day. Roelly's coach does everything for him. Both of them talk about how many grams of protein, carbs & fat in off-season & precontest. Roelly was a soccer player while Dennis played basketball. Both of them it a few poses. Dennis looks massive while Roelly has some sick arms! Dennis talks about his prep by himself & Chad Nicholls.
