JOSE RAYMOND "TREE TRUNK" LEG BLAST: 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE NY PRO


Jose trains his legs 2-3 times a week to bring out the separation & more detail. He switches up his leg day, one day more on quads, another one for hams & supersetting both of them. George Farah told him just to bring out the separation. Now, he trains with only a belt due to a back injury he had.
