Jose Raymond trains delts 2 weeks before the New York Pro & his new approach to bodybuilding.

 
 Jose took 2 months off of training but still at pretty clean. His body got a complete rest. That's unheard of. He believes to still continue to train heavy all the way up to the show & to bring out the muscle density. Jose is doing his own diet & he knows his body needs carbs & he grew to every show. He's hitting (2) 45 minutes cardio session a day. Also, in this video, Jose looks great! He hit some poses for the camera.
