Max likes to do partial reps but he'll do full ROM (Range of Motion) on different exercises. He noticed by doing partial reps, he muscles were fuller. He'll try to see what works with his body. He preps enough food to last that day due to his schedule. On his prep, he eat a lot of carbs. He'll drop around 17-20 lbs if he doesn't eat enough carbs per week. He doing his prep without any sodium & his water dropped significantly. He gets great advice from the guys at Bev Francis. Some of his training is very different from anybody else I've seen. He hits some poses & he pretty freakin' full.
