Kai start with leg extensions. Then hits lying leg curls. Next is standing leg curl. After that, stiff-legged deadlift. Lunges are next. Then, squats! Kai is still sitting low on these squats which is impressive. Kai & Desmond both hit squats. Wide legged-leg press is up. They also said that this was an abbreviated workout. They did some things that Kai won't show his competition.
