Dana is getting ready for the Junior Nationals for the 1st Women Physique show. Some of the judges told her to get a little leaner. She has a lot of fun in this video. She's using the new Isolator cuff. It takes the pain & pressure from your wrists. This is cool piece of equipment. I wanna a pair for myself.
