Fouad Abiad's blog has been a big hit, so we decided to bring it back for a second time each week - this time on video! Abiad will check in every week on video and gives us some insight into where he's and what he's doing. In this first installment, Abiad takes us along to the butcher as he stocks up on good meats to fuel his offseason!

We see Foaud getting his steak goes through the grinder. He buys 20 lbs of steak in 12 oz. portions & that should last him for the week. Maybe you can try this out with your butcher as well?
