Individually add 1/8 cup nonfat milk, 3 large eggs (yolk and white), 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 cup of Bisquick (Health-Smart® version, or other pancake mix) and 2 packets of sweetener (each packet is 1 gram); mix well after each item.
Coat an oven-safe skillet with olive oil cooking spray. Pour mixture into skillet and bake for 30–35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
