Ava Cowan Arnold Prep Leg Workout...burn 'em out baby!Ava starts out with the 1st circuit of walking lunges, then 30 reps on the leg press, next is step-ups. She uses side band but if you don't have them, then use the abduction machine. 5 minutes of cardio in between. 2nd circuit is leg extensions of 15-20 reps, side lateral lunges, then ankle hops, next is the stiff-legged deadlifts. 5 minutes of cardio again. 3rd circuit is walking lunges (bodyweight or 10-15lb dumbbells), box hops, seated leg curls & plie squats. Another 5 minutes of cardio. 4th circuit is 30 reps of leg press & step-ups & split leg lunge chops. Another 5 minutes of cardio.
