Bikini Bombshell Jaime Baird Shows Us Her Fav Glute Exercises in Prep for the Arnold

IFBB Bikini Pro Jaime Baird is just three (3) weeks out from the inaugural Arnold Ms. Bikini International. We caught up with Jaime to find out the scoop on her progress since her last show back in September. Jaime says she's been perfecting her booty and trust me, it shows! In this video Jaime shows us her favorite glute training exercises as well as a killer booty building, fat burning cardio workout to get you ready for whatever your event may be. Jaime wants me roundness to the glutes. She starts the workout with one-legged squats for 15 reps. Kickbacks is next for 15-20 reps per leg & get a full extension to squeeze the glutes. Next is 15 reps of the high jump & if you want make it harder, then use weights with it. Do 4 sets of these 3 exercises for 15-20 reps & you'll be on your way to a better backside. She does the H.I.I.T. aka High Intensity Interval Training for better fat burning. She runs on an incline & then, walks holding a 5-10 lb dumbbell.
