Raising Compton Epsisode 6 - Perfecting the Pecs
Justin starts with Hammer incline press. You can't have enough of upper pec development. Next is flat db press. Next is Hammer decline press. He flexes between sets to make the muscles pop. Hany busts out the "Super 7" sets with incline cable flies supersetting with Hammer decline press. It's FST-7 with a superset.

Justin Compton Chest, Delts And Triceps
Justin starts with smith machine incline bench press. Next is hammer strength press. Next is one arm incline hammer press. Next is pec deck. Chest exercises 3 working sets. Delts exercises 3 working sets. Next is reverse pec deck. Next is cable side laterals. Next is barbell front raises. Triceps exercises 3 working sets. Next is rope pushdowns. Justin starts with hammer strength lat pulldown with an outside grip. Next is another variation of lat pulldown. Next is pullover machine. He likes using this in the beginning of the workout. Next is one arm row machine. Next is seated cable rows. Next is barbell rows with grips for different angles to hit the back. Next is machine preacher curls. Next and Last is cable curls. He's getting ready for the Arnold Classic. He wants to suffer more to look really good at the Arnold. Post-workout carbs is Pop Tarts.
