Justin Compton Trains Back And Biceps


Justin starts with hammer strength lat pulldown with an outside grip. Next is another variation of lat pulldown. Next is pullover machine. He likes using this in the beginning of the workout. Next is one arm row machine. Next is seated cable rows. Next is barbell rows with grips for different angles to hit the back. Next is machine preacher curls. Next and Last is cable curls. He's getting ready for the Arnold Classic. He wants to suffer more to look really good at the Arnold. Post-workout carbs is Pop Tarts.
