Arnold Classic Asia To Debut in Hong Kong in 2016
The Arnold Sports Festival will complete its global
expansion when the first-annual Arnold Classic Asia is held in Hong Kong
in August 2016, creating the largest series of multi-sport festivals in
the world, the Arnold Sports Festival announced today.

Arnold Classic Asia will be held Aug. 19-21, 2016 and includes the Arnold Classic Asia men’s professional bodybuilding contest, an amateur bodybuilding contest, a large health & fitness EXPO and select amateur sports competitions and demonstrations.

Marco Rivera Chest & Triceps Workout - Arnold Classic 2015 With Shawn Lindo - 11 Days Out
Marco starts with cable flyes. He pre-exhaust the chest. Next is smith machine incline bench press superset with a pec press machine. He talks about fullness and pump with supersets. Next is db flyes. He talks about his support team. Next is hammer decline press superset & drop sets with push-ups. Next is triceps extensions superset with dips.
Hide Yamagishi Back Workout - Arnold Classic 2015 10 Days Out
Hide starts with lat pulldowns. Hide talks about his current weight leading up to the show. Next is seated cable rows. Next is lat pulldowns with a shorter bar to work the mid lats. Next is reverse bb rows. Next is hammer DY row.
Dexter Jackson Arm Workout - Arnold Classic 2015 1 Week Out
Dexter starts with machine preacher curls. Next is spider curls. Next is pushdowns. Next is Giant set: skullcrushers, close grip bench press, dips and rope pushdowns. Next is 21's.

Hidetada Yamgishi Leg Workout - Arnold Classic 2015 2.5 Weeks Out
Hidetada starts with leg press superset with walking lunges. He wraps his knees closer to the show. Next is front squats on the hack squat machine superset with step-ups. Next is leg press with super slow reps.

Branch Warren Delt Workout - Arnold Classic 2015 2 Weeks Out
Branch talks about how some preps are better than others and his hardest one was the 2012 Arnold because he suffered a major knee injury and he basically had 6 months to prep for and he won the show. He starts with reverse pec deck. Next is db side raises. Next is military press. Next is db front raises with drop sets. Next is machine military press superset with upright rows. Next is front raise with a twist. His posing coach Sheilahe Brown talks about some changes coming to his routine.

Evan starts with machine preacher curls. Next is db curls. Next is bb curls. Next is rope pushdowns superset with overhead extensions. Next is reverse pec deck superset with bent over laterals. Next is machine laterals. Next is military press with drop sets. Next is dips. Next is standing calf raise. Aaron Clark makes a cameo appearance.
Dexter Jackson Chest Workout - Arnold Classic 2015 4 Weeks Out
Dexter starts with smith machine incline press. Next is hammer flat press. Dexter talks about how his sleeping isn't the best but he's getting better at it. Next is db incline flyes. Next is wide grip press with sliding the body out to hit decline. He talks about wanting to break the record of winning a 5th Arnold title. He's tied with Flex Wheeler with four.
Aaron Clark Trains for the Arnold – Part 7
Aaron came up from sunny Florida to the cold Northeast weather. He went to Powerhouse Gym in New Haven aka The Super Gym to see master posing coach, Kenny Wallach to work and give tips on his posing. There's a cameo of Evan Centopani and Oscar Ardon at the end of the video .
