Justin Compton Chest, Delts And Triceps


Justin starts with smith machine incline bench press. Next is hammer strength press. Next is one arm incline hammer press. Next is pec deck. Chest exercises 3 working sets. Delts exercises 3 working sets. Next is reverse pec deck. Next is cable side laterals. Next is barbell front raises. Triceps exercises 3 working sets. Next is rope pushdowns.
