CAFFEINE Tips

CAFFEINE. Will it decrease some vasodilation. Sure, but the benefits will outweigh any detriments.

It's no secret that consuming caffeine pre-workout, in either supplement form or from organic coffee or green tea is an excellent way to improve energy, training drive, and work capacity. Taking supportive amino acids like tyrosine and L-phenylalinine will help minimize the "caffeine crash".
