Maximizing Anabolism

Here's 5 tips to increase being anabolic within your body.

2. Don't skip meals, eating every 2-4 hours to ensure that muscle protein synthesis (MPS) levels are maximized which is the driving force of muscle growth.

4. Learn to manage stress so that cortisol doesn't become a catabolic force in your life which is very common in today's world.
