Sodium
is an essential electrolyte and especially for those of you you train
hard and regularly (I'm going to assume that is most of you ;))
If you're deficient in sodium you may have a hard time getting a pump while training.
Don't worry about it making you hold water. If you are under hydrated it may at first when you increase water intake, but if you are sufficiently hydrated your body will flush out the excess on it's own. Try using colored sea salts for a greater array of minerals.
Salt away! Just make sure to drink plenty of water.
