Post-Workout Meal Timing: Bro Science? - Muscle Myth #2


I believe you should have a shake or meal whatever you can get to first. If you do a shake, you can do a 20-40+ g whey iso shake w/ 16 oz. Gatorade, creatine, taurine and glutamine or 2 scoops of BCAA instead of the whey iso shake w/ everything else. Then, have a meal if not, get a meal in first with protein, white rice or red/white potato and some type of greens in your system. I prefer spinach, broccoli, asparagus or green beans.
