Brandon Curry Back & Chest Workout - Arnold Classic 2015 3.5 Weeks Out


Brandon starts with pull-ups. Next is hammer low row with the seat all the way down. Next is close grip pulldowns with a close overhand grip. I've never seen this way being done before. He hits some poses in between sets. Next is crock rows. It looks like a db row but turn the arm in more but he does 20 reps with this exercise. Next is db pullovers with high reps. He hasn't been on stage since last year's Arnold Classic. He said, he's bringing a new and better version of himself. Next is hammer decline press. More posing between sets. Next is dips superset with pec deck. Next is incline flyes. He thanked his support group.
