This was made popular by Tom Platz and is a cool way to crush your
teardrop/VMO. This exercise is NOT for everybody. You have to have the
right structure (short femur helps), the flexibility, and a good level
of vastus medialis muscle to do these. I have never had a knee injury
ever, and I credit focusing on building my teardrops and not using knee
wraps as a primary reason why. ALWAYS have a great pump in thighs before
