Preheat oven to 425*
1c oat bran
1tsp baking powder
1/4tsp salt
1tbsp raw sugar or 1 tsp stevia
1/2c unsweetened almond milk
1/3c vanilla muscle egg (or 2 egg whites)
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
1tbsp melted coconut oil
1 ripe mashed banana
Blend all ingredients and place in a lined muffin pan.
Bake 12-20 min depending on the size of your pan or muffins... ENJOY!!
