During
any back movement think about the arc your elbows should be going
through NOT pulling the weight towards you. As always, use INTENT to
place the tension where you want it. Now get out there and grow!
If
you want a strong back you cannot ONLY work the big muscles. The
scapular retractors are often overlooked for direct work yet they should
initiate almost EVERY back movement!
Spinal
