Juan starts with stretching for 10 minutes to get his body loosed up for leg day. He starts with front squats, heavy. Next is leg press. Hitting the 20 rep range. His first show of the 2015 season is the NY Pro and then the Arnold Brasil. Next is a tri-set with leg extensions, narrow stance leg press and hack squats. He thanked his friends, family and sponsor. As Juan would say, "Now, It's a Party!"
