Hamstring Training

HAMSTRINGS have two functions, knee flexion and hip extension. Both functions need to be trained DIFFERENTLY.
Knee flexion - low reps (2-8)
Exercises: seated or lying leg curls
Hip extension - higher reps (8+)
Exercises: stiff-leg or Romanian deadlifts, reverse hypers, barbell
good mornings, glute bridges
