Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR)

Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR) has a much higher bioavailability than regular L-Carnitine and helps facilitate oxidation of fatty acids by the mitochondria. It also assists in glucose regulation which in turn can lead to increased insulin sensitivity.
