Evan Centopani and John Meadows Train Chest & Delts: Part 1 & 2

They start with machine press. They take their reps to failure and partials. Next is flat bench press with a pause near the bottom of the rep. I'm gonna try this out! Next is pec deck. Next is assisted dips.
