Justine Moore's Power-Packed Mochaccino Milkshake
Ingredients:
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of MET-Rx® Ultramyosyn® whey protein powder (chocolate)
1 frozen banana (very ripe to make it sweeter)
1 singled serving packet of instant coffee
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 stevia packet or other sugar substitute
Ice to desired consistency
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
2 scoops of MET-Rx® Protein & Oats (Vanilla Cinnamon Flavor)
1/4 cup dates
1/4 to 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 Tbsp coconut flour
Dark chocolate for coating
Directions:
Mix together protein powder, dates, apple sauce and coconut flour ingredients while you melt the dark chocolate. Roll the protein powder mixture into balls and dip into melted chocolate. You can top them with chopped nuts or coconut flakes, then put into freezer until hard which is about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Enjoy!!!
