Shawn Rhoden hits a quick arm workout & talks about his signing with QNT. He also talks about doing the Flex Pro & getting invited to do the Arnold Classic. He talks about his improvements that he must make. He had Flex Wheeler like physique & I wanna see what he can do at the Flex Pro & the Arnold. He's one of the favorites to win the Flex Pro to me. That's my opinion.
