Fouad has been doing light training since his PRP procedure. The doctor is making sure that Fouad is okay from the PRP & if he's ok, the doctor will give him the green light to start to train hardcore again. Now, the doctor is showing Fouad an ultrasound of his tricep tendons. Next 3-4 weeks, he'll be back to be 100% to train hard again.
