I wanna thank The Hammer & Hosey for training with me. Plus, I gotta thank Animal for hosting the CT ABC with Evan "OX" Centopani. It was cool seeing him there & training as well. Plus, New Haven's Gold Gym is an awesome gym to go too. Great hardcore atmosphere & great equipment to train with.
