Ali is ready to eat some good food & she says she'll win the bikini Olympia.
Flex had a struggle to drop a good amount of weight. He had to suffered to make weight. He wasn't at 100% but Jose just beat him. Now, he's gonna take some time off before the Olympia & he can't wait for the 212 class to start.
Cheryl won three shows in a row. Her body needs a break. She going head to head with the Cal Figure winner Felicia Romero for the cover shoot of M&F Hers Magazine. She's doing the Olympia & the show in India.
