Juan is gonna be competing as a super heavyweight for the 1st time. He says he gain over 20 lbs of muscle. He works with Dave Palumbo. Being a east coast guy, he doesn't think they may show him love but we'll see. Each contest prep has changed; he was 6 meals before now it's up to 8 meals & he's keeping his cardio intake during the off-season.
Tamer is finishing his shoulder routine with a super giant set. I love the way he talks. Reminds me of myself. He doesn't believe that genetics have a big play, it's hard work.
Pete is training hams. He did a high volume hamstring workout. Hams are a tricky muscle to get a great pump when the quads have been done on the same day.
